At Twice New by WINS, we greatly appreciate your business. Given the nature of our business and the products we sell, we do not offer refunds or take returns. Our products are sold on an as-is basis with all sales final. Should you have experienced a problem with the product or shipping, please do let us know so we can improve upon our offer and associated service of shipping to you.
